Very useless delivery drivers that don’t attempt deliveries and don’t wait at the door. I’ve been home and waiting for all 3 attempts and each time they lie saying I wasn’t home

Well Thursdays it says is open but is not. Had leave work early very disappointing meant to be open 4 to 7pm

Opening times on their website used to be incorrect but they’ve corrected the error. Went to get my parcel but didn’t have an ID on me but the gentleman was so kind and gave me other options to verify my identity. The workers are actually very polite even though it’s a very small depot

I believe they moved or closed. No one here at all 8:10 am now.

Absolutely appalling. They only have one job.... to deliver post and parcels... and they can't even be bothered to do that. Typical public sector mentality of "we hate our job, but we have a job for life, so we will treat you all with contempt". Unprofessional and really don't care Oh, and there automated telephone answering system.... I am sure it deliberately mis-understands you, and mis-directs you, so you spend longer on the line, earning them a nice little extra back pocket cash

Not open Thursday from 4pm. Will have to wait to more days to collect my parcel. Totally wrong information on their webpage.

Checked the opening times - went there - closed. This has happened on multiple occasions throughout my time of living in west wickham - very poor service
