Pimento's Bar & Grill

Amazing Caribbean food right next to Walsall station. I was starving and really craving something tasty, filling with just a bit of zing. The jerk chicken totally completes these for me today. The service was friendly and fast with a chilled atmosphere at lunch. I can imagine this place is rocking on an evening. The jerk chicken was served with rice and beans with veg. The chicken was tender and a very generous serve. The sauce, omg the sauce. Sooo tasty with a delicious sweet base and just a touch of zing. Amazing and highly recommended!!

Jerk chicken is beautiful best about and iv tried loads of carribean places. Mutton is seasoned to the bone tender 🔥🤤rice and peas always lovely cant fault this place the food quality is amazing and consistent. My number 1 if I fancy carribean food.

We had a really nice time at this restaurant. The staff where generally nice people, no falseness to them. The atmosphere was one of joy in what they where doing. The service was layed back, as to be expected from the cuisine. We had starters and a main and we were there for 3 hours and enjoyed every minute. The pictures do not do the food justice. I had salt fish fritters followed by curried goat, rice and peas. It was all excellent. We will be going again, I highly recommend this very layed back, friendly restaurant.

food was a absolute car crash, ordered curried chicken and rice and peas, all i got was one yammed piece of a leg with no meat on it like the staff had tucked into it before i arrived to collect and a five other lumps of chicken which was all dry and boney like they had been sun bathing and the rice all clumped, i ordered two festivals but it was more like they gave me one and half. I was so fed up i couldn't be bothered to go back and vent and get my refund, i shall be returning my two festivals to show them the levels to the disrespect i was shown. This restaurant is also selling containers and drinks overpriced they are selling large meals and drinks and they are only medium containers. I went to a Caribbean takeaway in Wolverhampton yesterday and that place reminded me of the true sizes of large containers and drinks. See attached a picture of a drinks cup which is a large true to size and not a medium cup pretending to be a large drink. avoid this place they will keep taking liberties with peoples hard earned money if i wanted a medium meal i would of went to mcdonalds.

Highly recommended. Caribbean cuisine of a wonderful taste and quality. Visit Pimento's for that quintessential experience of the Caribbean. There's no better choice across the Midlands. At Pimento's you'll not only get a chance to enjoy the best of reggae music but also get to experience fine tasting food from an authentic Caribbean menu that's seasoned with care and served with a smile.

Ok place. The food is nice but can be a bit peppery. No facilities for disabled people, a bit cold as well, and no set menu. I know it's a new place but I'm sure they will improve with feedback. On a whole it's ok.

Great food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. A Throughly enjoyable evening had by us both.
