Ash's Grill

Well me and her indoors had seen gman at the ash grill . I googled it and it said 35 mins away so off we went. Got there in this heat . What a jem of a shop fantastic place very friendly and the boss man came out for a chat as well . They make their own Donner meat and you can tell . We got the family kebab box . Meat feast pizza a chicken tikka BBQ and a garlic bread. I think it has to be the best kebab I've ever had and the pizza and garlic bread are fantastic . We will definitely be going back. It's one of them shops where you feel you have been going all your life . Would call in just for a chat . If you haven't been you have to go it's a must 10/10

Visited today all the way from Birmingham after a friend recommended this place to me, and he definitely wasn't wrong. This has to be one of the best kebabs I've had—not just locally, but nationwide. The kebab is made in-house, which is a rarity these days, and you can really taste the difference. The quality, flavour, and freshness were exceptional. The customer service was outstanding too—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I didn't get a chance to try the pizza, but it looked incredible. At one point, I watched a fresh pizza come out of the oven and then get topped with a generous portion of donner meat. Honestly, I nearly wanted to snatch it and run! A fantastic experience from start to finish. Well done, boys—keep up the great work! 👏🔥🍕🥙

Saw this place being reviwed on social media. Though i’d give it a try - been back twice in 3 days !! I had masala fish and doner on nan bread. The doner meat is amazing. Slightly soicy but not overkill. The meat is darkrr than other kebeb shoos but i think this is down to the meat content not pale like others. Masala fish also great and salad and nan soo fresh. Cash only if cillecting but well worth it. Making this place my No1 go to. Also pizzas , burgers , SFC,chicken nuggets etc…. GET YA SENS DOWN THERE!!!!

I travelled from the Airport for this! Absolutely fantastic experience at Ash Grill in Nottingham! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The grilled dishes were especially impressive, with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find a place that gets both food and service spot on. Highly recommend Ash Grill to anyone looking for a great meal in Nottingham — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came from Leicester with family to enjoy a day out. We were starving and a friend from Nottingham recommended this place, and the did not disappoint, the Donner Kebab was one of the best I've had. I later found out their Donner is hand made onsite and you can taste the difference, not oily but still moist and seasoned to perfection. The pizza was great too with the base cooked just right. Thanks guys for the great food will definitely be back.

Amazing food the portion size is so good for the price definitely my go to place again just a little tip for the kunafa it would be even more better if it had little bit more chocolate

After getting great reviews online, and visiting the owners last shop for many years. We gave it a go d wasn’t disappointed! By far the nicest freshest mixed kebabs I’ve ever had! In house made doner was so flavorsome. You won’t be disappointed 👌
