Found this paradise while on vacation. It was great to meet with the owner and talk bbq. He was giving an academy while I was there and made time to help me buy a good setup for my cousin who lives in Italy. Very friendly and spoke enough English that we made a great deal. My next visit to Italy will definitely be a trip back to paradise !!!

Mindblowing place. Lorenzo knows what he’s doing. The selection of bbqs, utensils, rubs is astonishing. I was a pro in my past life and this place has all you need and more. Really. I set out on a Saturday to find a pellet grill which could do direct grilling and low and slow and surely enough they had something to satisfy my means which was priced elegantly and delivered perfectly. I can’t thank Lorenzo and his team enough. Furthermore they do courses and events basically EVERY WEEKEND. They have beautiful cuts of meat and a vast array of sauces. Follow them on the socials and you will find a treasure.

Called in here for a few things without any expectations of what it would be like. It is amazing and a real hidden gem, and had exactly what we needed, as well as a few extras we found. Staff were super helpful. The place is focused on BBQs and perfect if that's what you are interested in.

The absolute best spot to go to for all your BBQ needs in Rome. Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff who are more than helpful and answer all your questions. Also a great selection for all skill levels. We will be back, 100%!

Una splendida esperienza la masterclass pollos Germania fatta qui da loro. Sono appassionato, bravi e preparati. Molto da imparare ma anche molto da assaggiare! Andrai via sia sazio di cibo ma soprattutto con qualche competenza in più e piacevolmente colpito dalla gamma dei sapori che il vero BBQ può realizzare!

Conosciuti con il pacchetto di 3 corsi sul bbq e alla fine di questo percorso il mio voto è 10 è lode. Gentilezza, professionalità, simpatia e conoscenza tutte al massimo. Il negozio poi è fornitissimo sia di attrezzatura, rub di ogni tipo e anche tagli di carne. Queste cose non sono economiche ma i loro prezzi sono giusti. Assolutamente consigliati
