We had Point UK re-point the rear and side elevation of our 100 plus year old Southwold house, plus we had a significant number of bricks replaced. All work was carried out to an excellent standard swiftly and very tidily, very pleased..

This is the second time I have employed Point UK for repointing work on my property. Their standard and approach to their work is second to none from protecting existing pathways and plants from damage during their work to replacing old damaged bricks, chimney stacks and roof tiles. Frequent follow ups from Jack, throughout the work, ensures any issues are addressed immediately. To take the worry out of who to employ for a professional job I recommend Point UK.

If you are looking to have your house repointed, you would be in very safe hands with Point UK. Jack arrived to assess what we needed to have done, and gave us very good advice about the repointing and some minor structural support work that was needed. Unlike other companies, his quote was delivered quickly and all communication throughout the process was efficient. The team - Adam, Ash, Fletcher and Tom arrived punctually at 8am every day and worked like trojans. They were always respectful, and the quality of their workmanship and the finished result is beyond what we could have hoped for. We moved into our 200 year old cottage just 5 months ago and the exterior brickwork was broken and spalled. It has been sympathetically restored using the appropriate lime mortar for a property of this age and we were guinea pigs for a new, heritage approved cleaner, which has brought the brickwork back to its former glory. We are so glad we chose this company and the results speak for themselves!

Jack and his team carried out repointing on the facade of our property in mid October. Jack worked with us to meet our very specific requirements on our period property. The task was to scrape out mortar, replace damaged bricks and repoint the facade of our Art Deco home. Specifically repoint with lime mortar & achieving a good colour match to the rest of the property. There was a slight delay, due to the weather. However, Jack’s team did not rush the work and committed time and diligence to finishing the work to a high standard, despite the obvious knock on this world have on their work schedule. The work was carried out in good time and the area was left clean and tidy. All the lads were friendly and highly competent, making for a very friendly efficient team.

Excellent workmanship! Repointed the back of my house where the brickwork, including an outbuilding, were in a very poor state due to the age of property. Jack, Kenny & Adam always arrived on time after some minor delay due to scaffolding issues. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, from the initial quote to completion of the work. Cleaned down the whole back of the house, and all other areas including all windows. Highly recommended. Thank you Jack and Team and continued success with your business.

A complete repointing of a semi-detached cottage including new chimney pots. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to recommend Jack and his team. There was more dust than I anticipated on doors and windows but they tried hard to minimise it.

Jack and his team carried out a complete repointing of the south elevation of our 18th century house in Norfolk. The work was completed to a high standard and on time, in spite of interruptions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Jack is a very good communicator and kept us informed regularly on details such as the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, supply of replacement bricks and other issues. They left the site in a very neat and tidy condition and conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner during the two weeks they were with us. We would recommend PointUK highly to anyone needing remedial work on their property.
