I visited this Kiehl’s branch yesterday and had such a wonderful experience! I had the chance to do the skincare consultation with their professional diagnostic machine—it was incredibly insightful and such a cool experience. Yanis and Valesca were absolutely amazing—so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about skincare. I really appreciated their energy, professionalism, and expertise. They weren’t pushy at all, but instead provided fantastic advice and product recommendations tailored specifically to my skin’s needs based on the consultation. I also got to try some of the products on the spot, which was a lovely touch. They even offered to apply the products on my skin as part of their complimentary skin assessments service—such a thoughtful and generous gesture! Overall, I was truly impressed by how informative and engaging the whole experience was. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for expert skincare guidance in a welcoming and professional environment! I’ll be visiting again for a facial!

Came in to the Battersea branch for the first time for 1 item as my moisturiser finished, however David showed me around and done an analysis on my face. His great service and knowledge on the product and skin made me top up a toner, mask and spf cream! Very happy with my products

Had the best experience at this store! I was particularly pleased with David’s service. He helped me find a whole new skincare regime that works for my sensitive skin. I have been specifically loving my avocado eye cream and can already see a difference!

I was so happy with how my skin has improved - I used Kiehls for years but still had dry skin - David suggested I do a skin check which was quick and followed with a skin routine and 2 weeks later skin much better as I was using products previously that was too drying. Hard to find the store but it’s on the ground floor!

I had a facial plus massage with Roselle today and was beyond satisfied. She did a fantastic job and made me feel at ease from the beginning. Valesca too gave an excellent service before and after the appointment making me feel welcome. Couldn’t recommend them both enough!
