Hickory's Smokehouse Letchworth

We went to celebrate a birthday and it didn't disappoint. Food was fantastic, staff were very attentive and helpful, the atmosphere was great and place was very good. We couldn't decide which meal to have, so had the sharing platter which is a selection of everything. We will be returning definitely and with friends.

Booked the day before we was to arrive for breakfast. (Definitely book i wasnt going to then im glad i did as all the time slots were gone) although they say they leave a few spaces for walk ins i wasnt going to chance it! We arrived a little early for our booking so we got a drink at the bar and sat in the outside area. Food smelt great. Once we got to our table a lovely girl was there to advice us on what to have and bought some free popcorn over! I had the chicken waffles and maple syrup . Bf had the cinnamon bun and chicken. We ordered 2 sides brisket mac and cheese and magic potatoe tots. All was delicious. Couldn't fault the food or service. Everyone was friendly and service with a smile. Had no issues with parking however when we left it was definitely full. The whole menu looked amazing! Were definitely coming back.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and phenomenal food. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and the music suits the southern/western theme. If you not sure what to get, the platter for 2 will give you a bit of everything BBQ wise and is definitely worth it!

just come back from my second visit to hickory’s in letchworth and both times have been superb! I have been for both dinner and brunch and the food as been amazing both times. The staff are super friendly especially ava who always has a smile on her face and made the experience amazing for us. They have an amazing drinks menu as well and the vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant is super cool!

Absolutely amazing food, it was mine and my partners first time trying and we were astonished, defo coming back! Jacob was our server and he went above and beyond with honesty and recommendations for the menu as there was so much to choose from! We got the bird & beast burger, pretzel bites appetizer, brisket mac and cheese, and lastly the big one person platter!

We went for date night last night to hickory’s, last booking of the day I bet annoyingly enough for all the staff. But this did not shine through in the impeccable service and amazing food. I would sooo recommend, the meat melts off the bone and all the optional sides / drinks / desserts are endless. The facilities are great; there is everything for everyone. Cinema room, play area, sports bar and lovely restaurant seating. Will definitely be back. Shout out to manager, Ethan for making the experience top tier!!!! Can’t wait to be back

It was our first time visiting a Hickory’s Smokehouse and we were not disappointed. We were really impressed with the service, especially as it is newly opened. The staff were all really friendly & attentive. The food was delicious. We ordered the sharer to start and the platter for main, so we got to try a number of different starters, meats & sides - which was the perfect introduction to Hickory’s! We loved the range of the non alcoholic drinks, the cloudy lemonade was the best I have ever had. We will be back!

We had a great time here. The food service and atmosphere it felt like I was in America. We were celebrating and at the end of the meal they brought out a complimentary dessert on a board which we didn’t expect. Was very sweet of them. We had our son with us and were very attentive when he’d drop a fork on the floor they were near by with a new one, talk to him entertaining him. There’s a cinema room for the children showing Disney films though out the day. And there’s complimentary popcorn as you arrive. All round great experience. If you have a sweet tooth I recommend the grape soda float 👌
