Contacted New Roofs (Ayrshire Ltd) to have repairs carried out on a roof. From beginning to end of process, I dealt with Tom who came across as being patient and understanding, and at no point made to feel “stupid” in the questions I asked. Tom arranged to call out and had a look at the issue I mentioned and came back with recommendations as to what needed to be done and a price which was by far, competitive compared to other quotes given. Tom also offered an explanation as to what probably caused the issues, which helped to understand the repairs that were required. New Roofs turned up on the date agreed, and set about carrying out the necessary repairs. The work was carried out within two days. Photos were sent of the work carried out on ares where I would not have got access to check. No nasty “extra” hidden charges were included, so work was carried out within price quoted. Overall, I found my experience in dealing with Tom and New Roofs, a pleasurable experience from start to finish, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone 👍.

1st class. Not the easiest of project's due to location and building type. Everything planned and carried out perfectly. Cherry picker and early start's to minimise any disruption. Chimney works, pointing, cladding, guttering, coating and painting. Would recommend to anyone.

This company carried out a roof repair at my property. Prior to this, the job was competitively priced. They were prompt on arrival, observed health & safety, respected my property, were tidy in their work practice and were informative during the process. On completion, time was taken to explain what had been carried out and, in my opinion, a 1st class job has been provided. I will have no hesitation in using this company again for any future needs.

Telephoned New Roofs in the morning to get a quote for storm damaged roofline. Tom and his lads came out in the afternoon and did the repair there and then. I would recommend New Roofs for their excellent service and price.

Came out on a Sunday to review work and quote. Very reasonable price. When they came back to do the work there was a little more work than originally thought but stuck to their quote. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Very amenable too.
