Came in to look around and was greeted by Steve who pointed in the right direction even down to best cuts of meat, where to buy and what price within 30 minutes!! After he scolded me for potentially using the wrong wood for my beef brisket he then gave me step by step instructions for the best “slow and low” smoking including best seasoning tips . Well pleased with the result and will be back again soon. Big thanks 👍

I recently purchased the Pit Boss Navigator 1150 from Buff BBQ. Both Dave and Steve were incredibly helpful and since purchasing the BBQ I have cooked on it every weekend with amazing results. It is extremely easy to use and the smoke flavour is fantastic. I would not hesitate in giving the team at Buff BBQ and the Pit Boss Navigator a 5 star rating. Absolutely amazing service from Stephen at Buff BBQ. I messaged on their website chat asking about replacement wheels for my smoker and although he could not help with them directly, he went out of his way to get me contact details to get the parts I needed and all on the same day. As an avid BBQ fan, when I finally get around to replacing my current machine, this is where I will be going. I cannot recommend these people enough. Spot on, and thank you again for all your help.

Great service from Buff BBQ. Steve was extremely patient and took time to explain all of the various options. This is an expensive purchase, so you want someone who can guide you carefully. Order delivered, smoker assembled, raring to get to cooking!

Legendary products, service and advice! Buff BBQ and Steve are great, superior service and products. Ordered a LG 1200 Founder Premier and a bunch of goodies and I am very happy indeed. Nice personable bunch who clearly are passionate about their work, and BBQ! Highly recommend using these guys for anyone serious about smokers or BBQ. Trust me, this level of customer service is rare these days!

Wanted to order a Pit Boss 850 and had a couple of questions so used the live chat and spoke to Josh who was excellent so I promptly ordered soon after, around midday. Received a phone call 1.5 hours later saying the order could be delivered to me, this evening! Not even the same day, but the same afternoon and we’re not even that close to the showroom! That really is above and beyond service. New to BBQ and some pellet bags were recommended as well. Hopefully can get the grill burnt in this evening and ready for use this weekend which is far beyond what I was expecting! Hopefully the grill lives up to the outstanding service received so far.

Bought my first smoker and bbq combined from Buff BBQ and absolutely delighted with both product and overall service. Steve and Beth answered everyone of my long list of questions and went out of their way to help. BBQ and smoker delivered by Steve personally and he had already built it up prior to delivery. He spent more time showing me how to use and clean the unit and answered more of my questions. Afterwards, I contacted him to talk me through my first smoke and he did this with great enthusiasm. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. A very very personal and professional service. I will definitely be dealing with this company and recommending them to others in the future. I really thought this type of service had ended years ago. Thanks guys you have brought my faith back in excellent customer service again.
