Hulks Smoked Beef & Hog

Been following Hulks for a while now since sampling the Pork Belly last September. The owners are brilliant, friendly and chatty (when they're not too busy) and genuinely care about the food they produce. Since that first gastronomic experience I've had the Brisket which is amazing, the sausages which are to die for and the Smash burgers which are the best burgers I've had. Finally today I got to have the Shotgun Shells which will blow your socks off! I also had the ribs.... the ribs.... what can I say... bloomin spectacular ribs... the best ribs you will have. Honestly!!! I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to fulfil those carnivorous cravings, you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best food truck experience l've had in a long time! Hulk's Smoked Beef and Hog Food Truck serves up mouth-watering, fall-off-the-bone tender smoked meats that are full of flavor. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Don't miss out on trying their delicious beef and pulled pork! Highly recommend!

It's not just any jam.... It's Hulks chilli jam. Giving an extra kick to my afternoon lunch, would highly recommend this delicious and versatile jam. Not forgetting the amazing meats on offer, perfect for any occasion. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing, never had beef as good as this, the smoked brisket and beef cheek, absolutely out of this world, don’t think I’ll ever get beef as good as that again, money for value well don’t even get me started 10/10 wish you had a location every week I could go to! Would recommend to anyone

The Hulk Smoked Beef and Hog sells multiple of my favourite food items. I caught them down at the Amport Brewery. From loaded fries and burgers to the Shotgun Shell — a meaty, cheesy, pasta-bacon combination. Highly recommend! Incredibly friendly chefs too!

Simply amazing! I had the brisket melt and it was the best sandwich I've ever eaten,the staff running it are so friendly and a great conversation.Finally their homemade bbq sauce is the best you'll taste being so flavourful with a hint of spice and Jack Daniels if it was put in shops he'd be a millionaire! Overall an amazing place to eat most definitely recommended.

The second time we have eaten from Hulks Smoked Beef and Hog and all I can say is WOW. Food is cooked to perfection 👌 The brisket melt does what it says and just melts in the mouth and in the words of my little girl 'best fries ever!' I can highly recommend trying these guys food. Very reasonably priced aswell.
