Edit: wow.... first time I have ever encountered a Business willing to bend the truth! I just had to tack this edit on - the item returned was in perfect condition, it was uncut and unmarked, at best maybe picking up a bit of dust in transit - maybe even in your own warehouse? If it was even remotely damaged, I wouldn't have even attempted a return, as you wouldn't have been able to restock it - you think I make a habit of paying tracked postage charges for fun? As for me being spiteful - not at all, I am a paying customer, who didn't have a great experience with your product, and a lot less so with your customer service 'skills', and have every right to post this experience, so that the next biker with a similar vehicle to mine; maybe knows to look elsewhere is all.... I cannot be held accountable for your fragility. A warning for bikers - though their pre-shaped gel is good quality, it is far too soft for foam replacement, probably suited on bikes that already have a seat like a cushion; but not on a sports naked. So if you are planning on modifying your seat (as I did), look elsewhere for the gel insert - the convenience you may get with this pre shaped gel, is lost when you end up with an aching rear quicker than the OEM foam! If you are determined to give it a try, then REALLY read and digest the Terms and Conditions - otherwise you'll end up speaking to them on email, and you seem to get generic copy and paste replies - the first took me aback as it seemed to plough straight in with a couple of paragraphs defending their product and company; I guess this comes from dealing with the NHS hierarchy - certainly needs a tweak when dealing with the general buyer.... oh, and if you try a return (as I did), they don't actually read what you send them either! Full disclosure here - I tried to return an item 32 days (or thereabouts) after purchase, the item had been used, but was put back to perfect condition prior to return - it was unmarked, and as it had arrived when I ordered it, and would have only picked up a bit of dust/debris during the posting process (I put it in a box for safety). But even though I pointed this 'used' state out when I enquired about retuning the item, the customer service didn't read that or tell me "sorry, as per our Ts & Cs...". They also passed no comment when they could clearly see my order number and date during my return enquiry. I appreciate I am at fault here - but their customer service clearly needs a bit of training, but as per their Ts and Cs, they'll probably see such feedback as "being insulting towards members of staff" and you'll get cut off. Oh well life lesson - if you find this review useful, all well and good, if you have success with their gel then I am certainly happy for you; it's just not a one gel fits all, and it didn't work for me and my bike.

My bum don't hurt no more. I bought myself a yamaha xj600s a 1996 modal great bike but a rear end problem. My bum hurt like had a good kicking after 18 miles and was getting really uncomfortable at 13 miles. Old foam in saddle gone hard. So bit of youtube and find out what others have done to solve this problem and research on Google found this company. Well bought 2 x 50cm square gell pad to fit myself that took a day and a bit as never done anything else like this before but looks great now. Well weather been nice for a couple of days so been out on the metal stead xj600s 70 miles none stop first day bottom end vary comfortable and fine out about 2 hours approximately. 2nd days 103 miles and none stop riding at that point ready to get off just for a rest and coffee but bum totally happy . Happy bums make for a better ride . Going to do my indian scout next with other gell pad I got 2016 year. Well worth the effort and made a pain in the bum worth having as great bike and comfortable .

Bought this gel saddle topper for my motorbike as I have been suffering a bad back and sore bum on long rides (200 miles). After reading their website and not just going for a cheap one, I was hoping for something good! Item arrived well packaged. Used once on a 60 mile ride. Back and bum were worse than they had ever been, the saddle cover was not any good for me. Contacted them for a refund but was told due COVID, no returns. Waste of nearly £70 unfortunately.

Dear Derek, As promised, I'm writing to you to give you an idea how I have fared with your product. I was given an air inflated mattress from my district nurse as I am suffering from MND and my skin was starting to go pink. The first time I used it my wife had to sleep on the sofa and I could not get any sleep because of constantly moving and the noise of the electric pump, it felt so uncomfortable. I started researching more friendly alternatives on the internet and thankfully found the Treat Eezi products. I read a few testimonials from other customers and discovered how easy your product healed some nasty looking wounds. Because I had many questions, I phoned and you were very kind and explained things in an easy manner which I could fully understand. I have now been using the full length version for 3 weeks now and can not only sleep well but my wife can sleep with me also, the redness has disappeared and I have no fear of pressure sores, thanks to using the product each evening. I was initially skeptical as the overlay appeared very thin but soon realised when I laid on it, it very slightly moved with me, stopping any dragging of my skin and kept my skin dry. I wanted to say thanks Derek, I'm grateful for your product and I have already recommended Treat Eezi to my district nurse. Please feel free to place this testimonial on your site for others to read. Yours, Steve Gibson, London

Bought this 4 layer pad after trying no less than 3 different mattresses ( including an air mattress) in the past 12 months. WOW! What a difference! I wish I'd known about this Treat Eezi years ago. Had the best nights sleep in years. Hip and back feel great and sore looking less angry. Can't recommend highly enough. Great product! Thanks for the excellent service and brilliant product.

Dear Lynne, I’d like to pass on my experience with the Treat Eezi pad. It’s a bit convoluted so thanks in advance for taking the time to read on! I purchased 2 pads (to wash and use) originally for my Mother who had suffered a stroke and had been in hospital for several weeks. I’d searched on line intending to buy an air mattress but found that the high cost of this type of equipment was way out of my reach. Upon searching further, I found the Treat Eezi web site and considered that this lower cost option was worth a try. However, when My Mother returned home a hospital bed was supplied along with air mattress equipment, (the type she had been using in the hospital), meaning that she never used the Treat Eezi pads. It’s worth mentioning that upon discharge from hospital my Mother had pressure sores on her heals which were treated at home by a District Nurse. These sores only developed while my Mother was in hospital and made the last few months of her life more painful than they needed to be. In the meantime, my Father, a dementia sufferer, was spending an increasing amount of time in bed and had also developed a pressure sore at the top of his buttock area. I was trying to treat this with Conotrane and Germolene. I used both the Treat Eezi pads on my Father’s bed to cover the whole area. I was not confident that the pads would work as the instructions recommended lying directly on the pad without clothing, which was not practical in my Father’s case. After using the pads for 3 weeks the pressure sore healed beautifully and only a dark patch of skin was visible. The Treat Eezi pad has remained in use for the last 9 months until now with my Father spending between 21 to 23 hours in bed each day with no sign whatsoever of any further pressure sores developing anywhere on his body. I think I take it for granted now that my Father does not suffer from pressure sores but know this can only be due to the Treat Eezi pads. Considering the large amount of time he spends in bed, his physical health could be much worse by now. Personally, as my Father’s carer, the absence of pressure sores has also made my job more bearable. The only negative point is that the pads would be better if they covered the entire mattress and not just a small area. That said, I would encourage anyone to try the pads as I believe they have made a big difference in my Father’s care and well-being. Thank you and best regards Lorraine Marriott
