Best BBQ shop in the area, hands down! If you are serious about BBQ, this is the place to go. They have an amazing selection of top brands, not just the standard grills and accesories you see elsewhere. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased a new Napoleon and some marinades recommended by the lovely Kim. Couldn't be happier with the expert guidance I received.. Highly recommend.

Went to Open flame BBQ today and what a great experience it was. I wanted to purchase a masterbuilt Smoker/grill but wanted to physically see it as I needed to know it would fit in my new garden. Elliot was amazing and we discussed my options but as I say I had set my mind on what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I had driven quite some distance to visit the store and was really hoping to be able to take my purchase away with me, Elliot made this happen !! He explained what I wanted was in the in his lockup and not kept at the store, he could obviously see the disappointment in my eyes and said the words that made my day “ no problem we can go and get it “ what a guy !! So off we went to get my new masterbuilt he even helped me get it into my small car 😂. I was over the moon not only with my purchase but with the service provided by Elliott he absolutely made my day. I will be visiting open flame BBQ again very soon maybe for that rotisserie 😄 I really want to try and support a family run business that provides the best customer service. I can’t recommend open flame BBQ enough!! Oh and Elliot I did get it built and used it this evening! Your are a top man and I wish you all the best. I will be using your store for all my BBQ needs. Great venue with all top-quality products. Worth popping in not just for BBQ's or Pizza ovens, they also have charcoal, accessories, and an abundance of BBQ sauces and marinades. Excellent selection. Thanks for the great service, and wishing you every success in Newdigate.

This place is slightly off the beaten track and at first we were not sure we had actually found the shop as it is in a farm, but we did and were very pleased that we had. The couple running the place were really lovely and helpful without being overbearing. There is a good range of barbecues and accessories. We had been looking for a kettle barbecue and ended up getting the Napoleon which will see its first outing today. Would definitely recommend this company, it was a good all round experience.

Found this place today and I was very impressed. They stock Napoleon, masterbuilt and kamado Joe's + accessories along with gozney pizza ovens (this is what I saw, there may be more). Lots of big block lump charcoal too and some hard wood cubes for smoking as well as chips. Kim was very welcoming, she told me they only opened a week ago so anyone into BBQ go check them out. Finding the entrance was a little tricky as it's on a farm, look for the white flames on the windows and it's through an exterior black door then an interior white door to the left. I've added a Google photo to highlight the shop entrance.

Fantastic experience at Open Flame BBQ! The shop is packed with high-quality BBQs, accessories, and everything you could need for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Kim and Elliot were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to take the time to offer advice and recommendations without any pressure. We walked away with a Gozney pizza oven!! Brilliant service, great range of products, and a welcoming atmosphere — highly recommended!

Brilliant place with an amazing range of bbqs, pizza ovens, loads of accessories and various interesting sauces/rubs etc. My son got through a bottle of the Firefly sweet bbq sauce in about 3 days! Well worth a visit.

Popped in and walked out with some lovely rubs. Bbq, smoker,pizza stuff galore. Charcoal and utensils all there. Great place!
