Earlier this year we decided to build an Outdoor Kitchen with our savings for a Caribbean Cruise, I know that may sound like madness to some! But we gave it a lot of thought and the project was underway! The first few things that are necessary plans to make are the size of your build and what roof to use but definitely up there is what grill your going to have as in my case it was always going to be a built in unit The choice was a pretty simple one after some research and that was the Beefeater Signature s3000! Great Build Quality ✅ Looks Amazing 🤩 Super powerful 🔥 Makes cooking a dream 😇 All the accessories that comes with it and the extra Rotisserie I grabbed are all top notch and improve what is already a great grill I have had few questions/queries regarding the instructions and straight from making a call the Beefeater Europe the commutation and help I received was perfect. I couldn't recommend you taking a look at this brand enough for your next grill!

AVOID !!!!! where to start , I used this company to install Cabinex Modular Outdoor Kitchen by beefeater , now this is not a cheap bit of kit to start with. I noticed at first the colour of the doors were wrong which isn't a problem things happen but this was just the start , the bottom plinth was bowed underneath the cabinets , the sink tap was loose when I just moved the tap ever so slightly and even worse the provided me with an ex display fridge / used with an inside home plug socket which had been bolted on instead of the moulded fridge plug advertised ( which also I'm sure is a major health and safety issue for outside equipment ) the fridge was also scratch and the handle loose NONE of this was bought to my attention until I found all these faults despite what they say and wrote the company an email which is shocking considering the price I have paid yes they have now all been replaced after numerous emails from myself and having to wait a month for actual new equipment not used to be available but my point is this shouldn't have happened in the first place for a premium product that should have come with a very high level of service which it didn't at ALL .the lack of customer care and acknowledgement of fault is outstanding and finally the flexi tap connections are so poor my plumber has had to replace them and me pay personally for this as I just don't have the fight to send a 20th email to discuss this point AGAIN and btw they haven't even replied to my last 2/3 emails . I have never written an email about a business before but feel so let down by this whole experience from other reviews they seem to be great at replacing a 15 year old knob but personally if your looking to use them to install the Cabinex Modular Outdoor Kitchen by beefeater I would think TWICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd give more stars for customer service if I could!. OK I'll tell you the story and you can be the judge: so I have a 15 year old Beef Eater BBQ and I'm looking for a control knob and I see one their website for £3. So I email the Company checking to see if it's the correct one and I immediately get a response from Lucy at Beef Eater Europe asking for a picture of the BBQ; she then sends the pic off to the technical people and emails me back the next day to confirm I have the correct product along with a link. 2 new control knobs arrive in the post 36 hours later and fit my 15 year old BBQ like a glove. No need for a new one! I feel like such a time waster with all the work that was done on my behalf for a £3 part . . . but this is the thing, my Beef Eater Bugg BBQ is high quality, has solid well-constructed BBQ plates, easy to operate, great oval-like design ad cover and seemingly indestructible so when (or if) it comes time to get a new one, I'm not going to worry about the price so much as the quality and the SERVICE and it's a Beef Eater BBQ I'll be ordering. Thanks people . . . amazing!

Super impressed with the service all round here. I had a problem with a Fridge, and it was resolved very efficiently by the team here. A big thank you to the Sales (Juliana) and Warehousing (Tom) team for all of your help. Great to see excellent service is alive. Will be buying from Beefeater again.
