A few weeks ago ordered via just eat. Delivery was quick food was hot. The added grilled fly wasn’t good. Stopped eating the over £50 order and returned it back to the shop to complain and get a refund. Apologised and accepted they had made a mistake. Offered to remake the food which after looking inside and the cleanliness of the food prep and the staff I understand why flys are being cooked into the food. Told it was a just eat problem and to contact them for a refund.

We ordered late on a Saturday night thought we would chance it on uber eats. The food came hot and it was great. We really enjoyed it we got a supreme sizzler burger, strips meal and chicken wings and we could not fault it

I only found BigPapas this week and I seriously cannot fault their food,twice we have ordered in a week and it’s been amazing both times,to top it all we got a free garlic bread with cheese so that was a real bonus👌

Ordered a takeaway this evening using just eat from big papas ossy. We’ve been here many times and often bought the same thing. This time our meal was missing a few pieces from it so we phoned up to mention it. They insisted to us that everything was in there as they have it listed etc and called us liars not sure what much we would gain from this 🤷🏼‍♀️ this happens all the time at takeaways and mistakes are made which is no problem however it was dealt with so unprofessionally and to call us liars is such an insult. Eventually were were told we could go and collect the missing pieces even though they believed us to be still lying. I said it’s not good enough as we paid delivery. They then said it will be delivered but would be over an hours wait. That was at 5.20 🫣 anyways to get to the point won’t be ordering from here again! 👎🏼 Friday night treat ruined! 🫤
